We have been studying the five Fundamental Political Principles (Consent of the governed, Rule of Law, Democracy, Limited Government, and Representative government). We also have studied the US Constitution (The Preamble) and the documents that contributed to the US Constitution. Why do you think that it is important to study this information? What benefit will you have later on in life from knowing these things? Answer this question in three-five sentences. This will count as Current Event # 1. Also that evryone is equal under the law so that we cant do thing that are bad and neither can people in the government. And that nobosy can control us unless we do something illegal.

With the information we are learning about the political principles, can take us a long way . When we get older it will stick with us . it helps the us stay together. we know what we should and should not do by the constitution., the preamble tells us why we have the constitution and the goverments goals. it will help us when we vote . you cant vote with out background knowledge of the goverment,

Nicholas Miles- When we study the Preamble and the five political principles, we will know what rights we have and dont have. Its important for the goverment to because it will help balence the congress and the state powers. Without these principles and documents the U.S would not have a correct and stable goverment.

Another way almost everyone could be today if we diden't have anyone to defend us. The last way is that the preamble expresses what people can and can't do.

So that we have a say in the government and what the government does.And everyone is treated equal under the law, we are all born with unaienable rights; unless the law is broken.For the preamble; it is the basic structure of the United States.There also wouldn't be the democracy, which means that people would not have a saw in any part of the government and vote for laws in which that we follow.Only the congress, and the president would then make those decisions.

I think it is important to study this information so I will better understand the different forms of government. Also, so I can understand how no matter who you are, whether you're a police officer, or a firefighter, or even a cafeteria lady, you still have to obey the laws that have been established. I feel that I will benefit later in life by knowing the 5 forms of political principles so I can help my child if and when he/she is studying it. So I can understand why I have to follow the laws and so i will understand that as a citizen of the United States, I have a say in what our government does.
